Chefs Creations Catering is owned by Chef Davidson Destinoble "Chef D". His passion for culinary started about 17 years ago, working in small restaurants and bars. As years progress he eventually started to enhance his skills and start working in fine dinning establishments. Starting as a prep cook to then becoming a chef in local business here in South Florida and overseas. Wanting to pursue his dreams of becoming a founder and business owner/CEC/COOI he created Chefs Creations Catering located right in the heart of sunny South Florida.
Chef's Creations Catering is operated and managed by Chef Yvelise Lucien "Chef Evo". Also a graduate from Johnson and Wales University in Miami Florida. Her passion for cooking started at a young age. With over 10 years experience in the culinary industry, she has grasped her mothers Haitian Creole zest and flavors wanted to enhance what she had learned from culinary school and from her mother. She started off as a prep cook on the line in several hotels, and moved her way up. Also receiving a degree in business hospitality, she was ready to operate her own catering company.
They have teamed up and added their Haitian influence, flavors, heritage and techniques in to their American cuisines. They have been fully operated for over 5 years.
